athens-apartmentsOur apartments in Athens are furnished with A/C TV kitchenette, fridge, private WC, and essential necessities. Fresh sheets & towels are provided weekly. Safe keeping of valuables is available.

Be environment friendly and please close windows/doors when operating the air conditioning/heater, turn off the water boiler when the water has reached the right temperature for your shower, switch off the lights when leaving, operate the air conditioning/heater at a logical temperature & switch it off when you leave...

Parking is easily available for those who have a car.

Please note that credit cards and traveller checks are not accepted. Therefore the rent & the agreed refundable security deposit are disbursed in cash at check-in. The security deposit is refunded upon your departure provided everything is in order. As there is no reception desk, you will need to notify us ahead of time as per your departure hour from our studios and we'll arrange to meet you at a time that's convenient for you. You may easily reach us by phone.

Please add to the bellow prices 5 euros per day per studio for those who want A/C in other words the usage of A/C is extra.

Oct 1st to Jan 31st - 35 EUR/day
Feb 1st to Feb 28th - 35 EUR/day
March 1st to June 30th- 35 EUR/day
July 1st to July 31st - 35 EUR/day
August 1st to Sept 30th - 35 EUR/day
- Prices for a fully equipped studio with three beds -
Oct 1st to Jan 31st - 45 EUR/day
Feb 1st to Feb 28th - 45 EUR/day
March 1st to June 30th- 45 EUR/day
July 1st to July 31st - 45 EUR/day
August 1st to Sept 30th - 45 EUR/day
- Prices for a fully equipped studio with four beds -
Oct 1st to Jan 31st - 55 EUR/day
Feb 1st to Feb 28th - 55 EUR/day
March 1st to June 30th- 55 EUR/day
July 1st to July 31st - 55 EUR/day
August 1st to Sept 30th - 55 EUR/day
Please note that a fixed charge of 2 euros per person in added for a one day stay
